FLANAGAN, J A

The Inverell Times newspaper, 21 September 1915, reported that Trooper J. A. Flanagan was farewelled at Delungra in September 1915. At this function he was presented with a gold medal and a sheep skin vest. The newspaper article stated that he came from the Cootamundra district and was twenty one years old. His brother Mr. R.B. Flanagan lived in the Delungra District.

No service record has been found for Trooper Flanagan, however his name is recorded on the Delungra Honor Roll and the new memorial at Anzac Park, Delungra.
